Mexican Butterwort (Pinguicula Moctezumae)

Pinguicula moctezumae is a beautiful species of butterwort native to Hidalgo and Queretaro, Mexico. To supplement poor environmental nutrition, the leaves produce sticky droplets via a series of glandular structures which serve to trap and digest insects. P. moctezumae is known for its prolific flowers.
